Reinvent yourself

Last Sunday I was traveling in Virginia USA with my son driving his Mustang. While driving he pointed out to me & my wife a sign board saying " If you are reluctant to change, think of Autumn". All around us Fall was in full bloom. This thought suddenly took me to business excellence. This quote is really good for all the companies reluctant to change. Is it not true that once financial results are posted company should take upon itself to reinvent itself for a bright new year? The real meaning of reviewing Vision, Mission, values is this quote, nothing else.
