As of now

I am reading Nassim Taleb at present. Quite tough task. Some where he says " "WE" are the empirical decision makers who hold that uncertainty is our discipline, and that understanding how to act under conditions of incomplete information is the highest and most urgent human pursuit" well those in pursuit of Business Excellence know very well that today's complete information is always tomorrow's incomplete information!! So much so about our selective memory!
